Vacation Condo Terms and Conditions
We have prepared the following Terms and Conditions in order to answer questions and to help avoid misunderstandings. We hope you will find them helpful.
Occupants must be at least 22 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian.
Reservations may be made online. Please ensure that your accommodation request form is complete. We ask that your request be submitted at least 6 days in advance of your planned travel.
Resort accommodation will be for 7 nights and 8 days. Unless otherwise specified, partial weeks are available.
Members wishing to extend their stays for additional days should contact Membership Services directly – we will then contact our providers to see if this is a possibility.
Accommodation provided will be in a two-bedroom, one bedroom or studio suite. Unit size varies according to the season and location.
At check-in, you will be expected to present your written confirmation, a major credit card and photo identification.
Confirmations are for accommodation only and do not include All Inclusive Fees, transportation or items of a personal nature.
All accommodation is subject to availability, during peak seasons and holidays, certain Resorts and weeks may not be available.
Our providers set specific check-in days to optimize availability; traditionally, check-in days will be Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Once a holiday has been Paid and Confirmed, the holiday cannot be cancelled or changed, and you will be responsible for payment.
All confirmations are final and cannot be cancelled or changed. Each Resort has its own specific check-in and check-out dates and times.
The Member named in the confirmation must be present at the time of check-in.
Your confirmed reservation must be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes. Confirmation certificates may not be transferred or sold.
All resorts have different accommodations layouts however Unit occupancy restrictions are strictly enforced.
Please contact the Resort directly if you anticipate a late arrival, failure to do may result in cancellation of the entire reservation.
All accommodations are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Should there be any concerns upon check-in, please contact us immediately. Jet Set Tourism reserves the right to remedy booking problems prior to the guest securing alternative accommodation or committing to any costs. Jet Set Tourism (our host agency and the name that will reflect on your credit card statement), its subsidiaries, employees and associates decline financial responsibility for any debts incurred without proper authorization.
Client agrees agency will not be held responsible for acts of nature that may inconvenience travelers. In the event of a natural disaster or acts of terrorism or any other reason beyond our control, Jet Set Tourism, and its subsidiaries, employees and associates disclaim any liability or obligation. Jet Set Tourism, its subsidiaries, employees and associates will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property, for any reason whatsoever.
Once a holiday has been Paid and Confirmed, the holiday cannot be cancelled or changed. All confirmations are final and payment in full is nonrefundable. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF TRIP INSURANCE. ASK YOUR AGENT FOR A QUOTE.
Credit Card Charges: Your credit card statement will reflect our host agency name Jet Set Tourism, unless you were booked by one of our business partners, in which case your card will reflect the name of the third party business partner. If you have questions about charges on your card, please contact us.
Duration of Reservations: All condo reservations are for 7 Nights / 8 Days, availability is only for the dates listed.
Cancellations: Once confirmed any reservation cannot be canceled and the payment is not refundable.
Changes: It is possible to change the name for any reservation requesting it at least 5 days before the date of arrival and paying an administrative fee of 50 Dollars.
Reservations: Reservations: All reservations must be made through the website or through the Call Center designated by the service provider. If the resort is called directly, they will not honor the price given, nor release information about the booking. Often times they may not get the arrival manifest until 3 days prior to arrival. This is no cause for alarm, if you have received a confirmation number from this agency you are confirmed and will be granted check in.
Registration: The guest who owns the confirmation must be of legal age (22) and must present a valid credit card and a photo ID when registering at the host hotel, all guests are subject to the same rules and regulations as any other guest.
Registration and arrival date: To avoid any partial or total cancellation of the reservation is very important and it is the responsibility of the guest to notify the host condominium if the guest does not arrive on the day of check-in indicated in their reservation, not doing so could imply the loss of your reservation because the condominium would register it as No Show.
Pricing: The prices shown cover only the lodging and do not include incidental charges such as: telephone calls, taxes or miscellaneous charges incurred by the guest. Some condominiums require additional fees for the use of some services or facilities, these fees are determined by the host condominium as local occupancy taxes and other charges such as: Key, security, damages, utilities etc.
Problems in the Check In: Jet Set Tourism, and our agents or our affiliates and suppliers do not assume any responsibility for damages to the guest caused by delays or air cancellations, inconveniences of a personal nature, accidents or damages caused by nature as well as acts of vandalism or terrorism in the place of origin of the guest or at the final destination of the reservation.
Limited Liability: The service provider is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the guest without the prior consent of an authorized representative of the provider. If there is any discrepancy with any part of this confirmation, it is the responsibility of the Guest to contact the Service Provider immediately.
Emergencies: If you encounter any problems when registering at the host hotel, you should contact the Service Provider at the next available phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
